My family has attended Studholme surgery for 53 years and we have always received excellent service, although in recent years the number of doctors who only stay at the practice for a short time is worrying. We are lucky to be on the list of one of the longer serving doctors (Dr Tang, who is an outstanding GP). For me (as a carer for my 92 year old mother who has very limited mobility), the car parking can be a problem when I am bringing her to the surgery as I am often unable to find a space at busy times. However I can't see any scope for improving the size of the car park.

Good selection of doctors and service.

This surgery is very good BUT, I feel that the booking method for appointments could be better. It is not always possible to stick to their times, ie : 8am in the morning one just cannot get through on the telephone. If possible one needs to attend the surgery in person and then one has to wait in the queue to get service.

Since my doctor retired I have had so many different GPs and none of them seem to stay.
